The salon space itself is stunning, and each team member is so accommodating and skilled in their craft. I have had treatments with Zara and Danielle, and both are exceptional at what they do. They truly listen to your desires and conduct a thorough consultation before blending any colours, which makes you feel heard and well cared for. Highly recommend. My hair's health has significantly improved since I started coming here.
I would not suggest. I have been frequenting Zara Perry Hairdressing for 3 years, but regrettably, I will not be returning. The balayage service I received from a 'Future Professional' (now newly qualified) stylist was of extremely poor quality (unacceptably so, even for a trainee), with patchy bleach and a harsh dip-dye appearance. The service cost just under £90. Trainees are supposed to be supervised, but no one checked in until the very end of the cut (no check before or during colour), and only upon the trainee's request as she seemed to be struggling. This meant the bleach and foil application was entirely unsupervised. At the time, I was quietly concerned but assumed this meant she did not require supervision. All my prior trainee appointments had been supervised.
