Positively perfect for shaping brows, but not recommended for nails. Got my nails done at this establishment and a week later, they began to peel off despite being assured they would last 3 - 4 weeks. Returned for a touch-up, but unfortunately, 4 nails peeled off just 3 days later. Disappointing, especially considering the price of £35/40 👎 …
The team here is incredibly kind and does excellent work. However, be cautious when booking online as the salon does not always receive notifications for such bookings. Despite booking 5 days in advance, I had to wait for 45 minutes for my appointment. This situation adds unnecessary stress to the staff who try their best to accommodate appointments, leading to dissatisfied customers.
I attempted to schedule a massage over the phone and was informed that massages are exclusively for females, not males. It's unusual for a business to cater to only one gender. While I respect their policy, it would be beneficial to have a notice on the website regarding this restriction. I was about to book online, and there was no indication to prevent me from doing so. I'm grateful I called; otherwise, it would have been a wasted effort and an awkward conversation.
