The image provided is four days post my shellac application. I requested a refund but received this response: "You can observe from the image how the nail has torn off. It is possible that you snagged the nail, as it did not come off due to our technician's poor work. We have been in business for 7 years and are aware of potential nail issues that may arise post-vacation. We can schedule you for a shellac touch-up, excluding a full pedicure, as there was no issue with the pedicure. However, we can offer a complimentary replacement of the gel polish. Have a pleasant day!"
Highly recommend this establishment! I have been a patron of this salon since 2018. It is the finest nail care facility in Beaconsfield and its vicinity. I travel here from Uxbridge. The service is consistently exceptional, with immaculate manicures and pedicures, a wide array of colours, and always impeccably clean and sterilised tools. All the nail technicians are highly skilled, capable of intricate nail designs, French manicures, and nail repairs. They are consistently pleasant, courteous, and attentive, ensuring the best possible outcome.
