The staff at the central office were exceptional, displaying extensive knowledge and friendliness throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them if you are considering getting a perm! Rating: 5 out of 5.
The journey from the United States was worthwhile!
If I could give a 0-star rating, I would. This establishment should not be permitted to operate. The elderly proprietor has left my hair in a disastrous condition! Furthermore, she overcharged me after I inquired about prices listed on Treatwell. She advised me to book directly through her instead of Treatwell, then proceeded to add extra charges! My hair now has a ginger hue, no toner was applied to the orange "highlights," and there are long strands left uncut (refer to images) with soaking wet roots! She claimed she was trying to match my natural hair colour, but as evident from my own hair, the shades are completely mismatched. I must now pay to have this corrected! Despite my numerous attempts to contact her for a resolution, she rudely hung up on me! How unprofessional! Willing to swindle someone for £60 but unwilling to rectify the mess! I am beyond frustrated and will escalate this matter to trading standards and the NHBF unless she reaches out to resolve this issue.
