Visited for a hair appointment and was warmly welcomed. Had a thorough consultation about my hairstyle. Delighted with the service, the girls are delightful. Highly recommended.
Scheduled an appointment 3 weeks ahead (the day before heading off on holiday), I arrived promptly only to be informed, despite receiving a reminder the day before, that there was no nail technician available. To my surprise, as I was discussing this with a staff member, the nail technician arrived with a client and said she couldn't accommodate me. Shocked by the treatment I received, I will not return to this establishment. I strongly advise against going here if you have any special events planned, as they will disappoint you. If I could rate them zero stars, I would, as they do not even deserve one.
The team at Bella Rose are all wonderful and go above and beyond to bring your vision to life. Katie is doing an amazing job transforming my hair from dark to light. xx
