Extremely welcoming and supportive environment with enthusiastic students and skilled supervisors. I felt at ease and well taken care of throughout the appointment, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results of my haircut. The process may take a bit longer than a typical salon visit, but the quality is exceptional and knowing that you are contributing to the students' learning experience is rewarding. I wholeheartedly recommend this place - I will definitely return!
An excellent choice for getting your hair styled. The students deliver outstanding results and are incredibly friendly. The instructors are present to support and mentor the students, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. I thoroughly enjoy my visits here.
I was appalled by the treatment my mother (aged 69) received. She was in tears for a lengthy 120 minutes during her visit, and the staff were unsympathetic, suggesting she should have opted for a professional salon if she desired better service. They criticized her appearance and hair condition relentlessly. Unacceptable behaviour.
