This Fitness Centre is quite outdated in 2024, lacking in equipment and the membership fees are too high. I'd rather go to the Caerphilly Pure Gym. I would rate it poorly for the amenities available in the Caerphilly Fitness Centre. I truly believe they should consider closing it, and all members should switch to Pure Gym. I recommend everyone to go to Pure Gym because the staff there are more sociable and very pleasant. Pure Gym is also open 24 hours.
My son had a great time at his 10th birthday party there. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Although the building looks a bit old, the view from the upstairs room is beautiful.
A charming little spot with basic facilities, clean and well-maintained, and staff that are friendly. There's good parking nearby, and it's free too. The only downside is that the building and some parts of the interior appear a bit worn out and could use a refresh overall.
