My experience at Tweezers was absolutely wonderful. The staff is friendly and the salon is delightful. After a disastrous manicure elsewhere, Erin and her team worked their magic on my nails with such kindness and care, leaving them looking beautiful. I will definitely be returning!
Unfortunately, I wasn't impressed with my experience at Tweezers. I've had better manicures and pedicures elsewhere for less money. The nail technician didn't soak my nails before rough filing and removing excess cuticles. The website wasn't clear about the additional cost for nail art, and the choices were limited to plain colours or glitter. Despite the pleasant staff, I didn't find the experience enjoyable. I felt like there were dust particles under my nails that weren't cleaned after filing. I'll be seeking services elsewhere next time.
I've been a regular visitor here for over 8 years and have never been disappointed. The team, led by Erin, is incredibly welcoming and friendly, making each visit exceptional. Erin's creativity and talent shine through in every nail design, making my trips here well worth it.
