I visited Hive for the first time today after reading their reviews and I was so pleased I did. I was made to feel at ease and comfortable. I showed a photo of how I'd like my hair and it was cut to absolute perfection. I didn't feel uneasy even though this was my first visit. I even received a compliment on my hair from another client as I was paying. If you want a relaxed atmosphere but professional service, I really do recommend Hive. This was my review from 2022 👆 and I still feel the same. My stylist is Maria, she always listens to what I want and cuts my hair beautifully. I feel so at ease, it's a relaxed atmosphere and not cliquey. I walked in with half of my head shaved and looking disheveled, and the barber transformed me into looking fantastic! I am extremely pleased with their service. Thank you so much! I will be returning every two weeks to keep my back and sides neatly shaved. The wait time is not an issue for me as the quality of service is definitely worth it! I had a lovely time getting my hair washed, cut, and styled at The Style Lounge. The team members were not only friendly but also very professional. I am looking forward to returning for another visit. I've recently started getting my hair done here as my previous hairdresser has retired. I've had fantastic treatment here. Everyone is incredibly welcoming and friendly. Maxine, who styles my hair, is exceptional at her craft. She's truly listened to my needs and executed them perfectly. I have naturally curly hair and have had stylists in the past who struggled with it. I must say, Maxine knows exactly how to handle it!! Huge kudos to Maxine and all the team at Halo in Middlesbrough!
