I visited Hive for the first time today after reading their reviews and I was so pleased I did. I was made to feel at ease and comfortable. I showed a photo of how I'd like my hair and it was cut to absolute perfection. I didn't feel uneasy even though this was my first visit. I even received a compliment on my hair from another client as I was paying. If you want a relaxed atmosphere but professional service, I really do recommend Hive. This was my review from 2022 👆 and I still feel the same. My stylist is Maria, she always listens to what I want and cuts my hair beautifully. I feel so at ease, it's a relaxed atmosphere and not cliquey. Parking is on the road but I've never had a problem parking, it's walking distance from Crystal Peaks (about 10 minutes) if you're catching the bus.
Kelly has been styling and dyeing my hair for quite a few years now and I'm always thrilled with the outcomes. I've had my hair short and long again and she's always happy to suggest me when I fancy a change. The salon is beautiful and calming, and the other stylists - Maria and Chloe are fantastic as well. To me, it's like a premium standard hairdressers on the doorstep! Would absolutely recommend to anyone. 😊😊
