Had a 1 hour Environ facial with Alex yesterday, as always she was very professional and explained what was happening at each stage. It was absolutely delightful from start to end. Time flew by so swiftly. I was completely relaxed and at ease while being pampered and cared for. I would highly recommend Alex and any of her treatments to everyone. I've been visiting Alex since her business was known as Principal Beauty, I believe I've been a client for about 10-15 years now. I simply wouldn't consider going elsewhere. What a remarkable Treatment / Practitioner 👍 Alex suggested Plasma treatment for my under eyes, as, despite taking good care of my skin, I am 51 and have been concerned about my under eyes for some time, with fine lines. The treatment itself is painless, Alex used numbing cream, after thoroughly explaining the procedure, risks, outcomes, everything in detail. I'm now a week post procedure, and although my eyes swelled significantly (completely normal), and it's not for the faint-hearted, the early results are truly miraculous. I didn't believe these results were possible without surgery. Alex is a lovely, honest individual who doesn't sugar-coat anything, She is highly informative and genuinely, if she suggests something, it delivers! I've also had microblading which I am due for my second session soon and I'm equally pleased with that 👍. The strongest of recommendations for this Lady 👌
