I had my brows done by Rasa. When I got home, my head was throbbing like never before. The pain persisted even after taking pain relief. After my top-up, the pigment almost completely faded, and I was told it was normal, but my friends didn't experience this. I was advised I might need a third top-up. When I tried to book it, she disappeared on me. I had to use someone else's phone to reach her, and she was at an event, promising to call back, but never did. I managed to get an appointment through the salon's receptionist, but when I arrived, the salon was shut. On top of that, the wrong pigment was used entirely. Now that the pigment has aged, my brows look like they were drawn on with a pencil. I sought a second opinion and was informed I need to laser them off as they're too poorly done to be corrected. A costly error by a woman who essentially ghosted me because I required a third top-up. Perhaps that's why all the glowing reviews for Beauty Ink by RD are from other staff members and not her personally.

I scheduled an appointment over a month in advance. On the day, I called to confirm, and was assured everything was fine. However, upon arrival, there was no response, and when I called to inquire, I was informed there was a power outage and asked to come to a private location instead. Unwilling to do so, I rescheduled. Yet, upon my next arrival, there was once again no answer. Upon calling, I was notified that the appointment had to be cancelled. I was incredibly frustrated that no one bothered to inform me of the cancellation. I will not be rebooking. Truly disappointed and a complete waste of time.
