I have been a regular at Belper Nails since relocating to the area. The service is impeccable. The team, particularly Alex, dedicate ample time to my nail and pedicure treatments. I have never encountered any issues with the quality of their services. The range of colours available is extensive. I highly recommend them 👌.
Upon a friend's suggestion, I visited Belper Nails today. The staff greeted me warmly and offered me a drink, which was a nice gesture. The nail technician in charge initially inquired about the desired length and shape of my nails. Despite requesting long coffin-shaped nails, they were cut short and shaped unevenly. One hand had a wider width than the other. After an hour and a half, another technician took over, filed the nails, re-applied acrylic, and attempted to salvage the look. Two hours later, I decided to leave with the nails unfinished, expressing my dissatisfaction. I opted to complete the finishing touches at home. I questioned the experience of the initial technician, as the results were subpar. I left the salon paying £20, utterly shocked by the poor quality of the service. It is astounding that this establishment retains returning customers, but I will not be returning. Disappointing experience!
The service at Belper Nails is exceptional, and my nails always turn out perfectly. The staff are delightful and consistently accommodating. I have been a loyal customer for approximately 6 years, and I wouldn't consider going elsewhere! In the past, I have visited salons that tend to create bulky nails, but Belper Nails always delivers natural and exquisite results 😍 ❤️ I have also indulged in a foot treatment before, and it is truly a luxurious experience! The massage chair is a lovely touch.
