Although not the fault of the staff, this was my worst pharmacy experience. Lack of communication on prescription readiness, busy phone lines, and long queues. After waiting two weeks for a prescription, no notification received, only to find out it couldn't be filled due to stock issues. Disappointing service overall.
Requested my prescription, a quick task, turned into a lengthy wait. Promised a call back that never came. When I called back, another person answered rudely, spoke over me, and ignored my concerns. Customer service needs improvement.
Store opens at 9, but pharmacy at 10. Lack of staff at the tills, had to seek assistance. Service quality is lacking, shop appears neglected.
