I am truly disappointed to have to leave this review. I have had my nails done here a few times, but this last experience will be my final one. I returned to the salon multiple times as the nails kept chipping off, and even on my last visit, I still had to pay extra for the failed 3 attempts of shellac. I am travelling soon and after just yesterday attempting a redo, this morning they are all chipped off again.
These are my last 3 appointments. Best nail salon in the area. I've been coming here since I was a teenager and I'm now nearing 30. I have my nails done here every 2 weeks and will never go elsewhere. They always turn out just how I want them. I always receive compliments on my nails. They are never thick, uneven, or smudged, which has happened if I've gone elsewhere. Highly recommend to everyone. I bring all my friends here too.
Extremely poor customer service and very rude. I asked for acrylic French nails, and on the price board, it stated £20. I've had my nails done here before and asked for the same thing I got last time, which I paid £25 for. However, this time they said £35 and told me I received all these additional services I didn't ask for. The man proceeded to say he doesn't care what I paid last time, that I didn't get my nails done there before, and was shouting and being rude. I then asked what I was being charged for, which they couldn't clarify and pointed out on the board what I supposedly received, adding things up that ended up being £40. They are unaware of their prices, make up costs, and charge for random things. The customer service is appalling, and I will not be returning.
