I recently underwent a signature sculpt treatment that included a face physio booster with Paola-Andrea Londono. Paola was exceptional! Her technique was meticulous, and she applied just the right amount of pressure during the treatment. She quickly identified the tension I was holding in my jaw and shoulders and skillfully worked out all the knots. Paola was not only skilled but also personable and kept me informed throughout the treatment, explaining the benefits of each step. I highly recommend her services! :-)

I visited this establishment recently and was disappointed with the customer service. I phoned on the same day to schedule an evening session and was informed that they would be notified of any changes. No mention was made of same-day appointments on their website. When I called a few hours before the session to cancel, I was informed of a 24-hour cancellation policy that had not been previously mentioned. I feel misled and let down. If I had been informed of the policy or the need to adhere to it despite being told I could notify them of changes, I would not have made the booking. I will not be returning, despite losing out on the remaining sessions I had prepaid for. I was a loyal customer, but this experience has deterred me from going back.

Awful experience with the customer service here. I would not recommend this place if you value your money. They fail to remind you of appointments and their phone lines are inaccessible when you try to cancel or reschedule. A truly dreadful experience overall.
