I was quite hesitant to visit this place after reading the reviews, but I had a positive experience with threading and waxing. Aisha, who is on duty here Thursday to Sunday, handled my services with patience and flexibility. Payment is accepted only in cash for these services, and it's advisable to inquire about the total cost before the service.
They are absolutely the best! You can relax while they style your hair (if they aren't too busy)!
The hairstylists upfront were surprisingly pleasant, received a decent blow dry from the Scottish individual and gentleman. However, the threading specialists towards the back of the establishment were incredibly impolite, engrossed in their phones and lacked basic human interaction skills. Furthermore, their threading technique was subpar. Opt for a hair styling service but steer clear of the threading. It's a shame that these individuals are tarnishing the reputation of the entire salon. They are clearly not suited for customer-facing roles. Three stars for the amiable hair stylists, but the threading specialists wouldn't even merit one star.
