I decided to go for the balayage package with Olivia after spotting an advertisement on social media offering the most competitive price for balayage I had ever seen in London. I was a bit sceptical at first, but it turned out to be a fantastic decision - she was outstanding! This has become my all-time favourite hair cut and colour. Olivia suggested an ash brown shade that would complement me, but she was very open to my preference for a more golden hue and delivered exactly what I envisioned! She was not only friendly but also highly professional. Even though the final cost exceeded the advertised £99, it was justified, and she clearly explained the reasons for the adjustment and sought my approval before proceeding (I needed my previously dyed orange-toned hair to be transformed to brown before the balayage), which led to perfect results. Olivia was meticulous and dedicated significant time to ensure my hair turned out exactly as I wanted. I believe the service provided was worth far more than the £99 she charged. I wholeheartedly recommend Olivia's services and will certainly be returning!
