I had the pleasure of visiting Kalma Spa recently and booking a session for aromatherapy and reflexology with Clara. After going through a particularly stressful period, I was in dire need of relaxation and rejuvenation. I must say, my experience exceeded all expectations.
Regarding the comment below from Mr. MacLeod, I was present at the spa reception when he made the call, and I believe his account is an unfair exaggeration. I witnessed his call being answered promptly, and he engaged in a discussion with the manager. Knowing that he had previously cancelled appointments on three occasions with very short notice and without paying the cancellation fee, it seemed reasonable for the spa to request advance payment for future bookings. The time of the therapists is precious, and the cancellation policy is clearly outlined in the booking terms.
