I had a fantastic experience at this salon. Last month, I had a perm done by Sasha, and I am thrilled with the results. Sasha put in a lot of effort, and my hair still looks fabulous after a month. I wholeheartedly recommend this salon to everyone looking for quality beauty services.
I rarely leave feedback, but my recent visit to this salon was disappointing. The individual who was removing my acrylic nails was incredibly impolite. She forcefully submerged my hand into scalding water/acetone, ignoring my hesitation and discomfort. Even when I expressed pain during the nail filing process, she disregarded my concerns and continued aggressively. This lack of respect for clients is unacceptable. I will not return to this salon and will caution my friends against visiting, given the staff's disrespectful attitude.
I visited the Oxford St clinic and had a wonderful experience. I've been undergoing laser hair removal with Farah, and I am extremely pleased with the outcome. Farah is consistently friendly, professional, always on time, and very patient. The clinic maintains high cleanliness standards, and the pricing is fair. I also indulged in a manicure/pedicure session and would highly recommend it, especially with Mia. Mia is an exceptional technician, incredibly efficient, and they have a fantastic range of nail polishes. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and an ideal way to pamper yourself!
