I recently had a haircut and highlights done by Sophia, and I am extremely pleased with the service. Every time I look in the mirror, I feel so happy with my hair. Thank you, Sophia, for the fantastic haircut and colour. The staff were also great and friendly. Highly recommended.
The individual of Asian descent who is present in the salon with the other hairdressers is incredibly rude and lacks steady hands. He becomes angry when questioned about the services being paid for with hard-earned money. Customers are not allowed to express dissatisfaction with their nails. The quality of the service was appalling, and I would never return to that establishment. He believes that by smiling and suggesting what he thinks is best for you, you should be willing to part with your money. On each visit, he would alter the prices and recommend unnecessary services to extract more money from clients. Disappointed, I sought assistance elsewhere and found two nearby shops equally lacking in customer service skills. However, I eventually discovered JUST 4 NAILS a short distance away from Brondesbury Station and had a completely different experience (also reviewed). I highly recommend going to them instead of the previous salon. For excellent service and quality for your money, avoid the former and opt for JUST 4 NAILS. You will not be disappointed.
I am absolutely devastated by my experience at this tattoo laser removal treatment! The so-called ‘Dr Patel’ burnt my skin during the procedure, and I am utterly disgusted and outraged by the lack of professionalism and duty of care. I will be taking legal action against them. After the treatment, I noticed a white patch next to the tattoo that was being removed, and when I asked about it, Dr Patel completely ignored me. I have been using sudo cream in the hopes of preventing scarring, but it looks like it may leave a mark. Overall, a very poor quality experience with zero professionalism and no duty of care. I strongly advise against going to this establishment.
