This establishment is truly exquisite - so inviting and friendly. I indulged in three different treatments (hair styling, gel nail treatment, lash and brow tinting) and I am incredibly pleased with the outcomes. I managed to secure an appointment on the same day and was astounded by the efficiency, attention to detail and professionalism. Many thanks indeed!
I arrived with the expectation of having my nails tended to in a professional manner, However, I encountered a distressing ordeal. My nails were utterly ruined. My cuticles were left bleeding. My nails were filed down to such thinness that they now ache. I have multiple cuts on my fingers. The technician took one hour and 45 minutes to do an ombre effect and it appeared as though she was doodling on them, akin to a young child. I ended up resembling I had drumsticks for fingers. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, she claimed she couldn't do ombre due to the powder and then suggested French tips after nearly 2 hours. She demanded £45 from me, which I refused to pay. I have never felt so furious and devastated, and I intend to take legal action against this establishment.
