Without a doubt, this establishment is the cream of the crop in the United Kingdom. I have been a patron for a substantial four years, having tried out three other places before discovering them. The expertise of Tina, Dan, and Tom is truly remarkable. I make the journey all the way from Liverpool just to have my nails done by this talented team. That's how exceptional their service is!

I have been a loyal customer of Nail Care for a number of years now, and I have always received exceptional service. While there may be a slight wait at times, even with a prior booking, it is never excessively long. Additionally, if a massage chair is available, you are welcome to use it! The staff at Nail Care are attentive to your preferences and regularly check in during the service to ensure everything is to your liking. I have also had some fantastic nail art done here!

I must express my disappointment with my recent visit. I had come in to have my gel nails removed, a service I had not previously availed at this salon, and requested a basic manicure without any clear gel polish at the end. However, my experience was far from satisfactory: 1. The cutting of my nails was done poorly, as evidenced in the attached picture. 2. They only buffed my nails without adding the shine, claiming that this is standard procedure if no colour or shiny gel/acrylic is used, which contradicts my past experiences where I have received better basic manicures without any additional colour or shine. To top it off, I was charged £20 for these subpar services.
