I underwent shellac manicure removal and redo. It lasted over 2 hours and resulted in the worst manicure ever. There was no coordination among the three individuals who did my nails and they kept switching. I requested a specific gentleman, but they may have been irritated and I ended up waiting so long for someone to attend to my nails. I departed with nails looking dreadful and paid over £50 for that.
