Absolutely dreadful experience. The technician who worked on my nails didn't inquire about my preferences at the start. My nails were overly thick and unattractive. After a week, I decided to have them removed, only to discover that the materials used had severely damaged my nails. I ended up paying 55 for nails that were completely ruined. My nails are now so thin that you can see the blood underneath. It feels like they have no concern for their clients or their nails. No one should have to go through this.
I am a big fan of Nailux in West Hampstead. I am also intrigued to visit their new branch in Kilburn. Winnie, in particular, is exceptionally skilled and always delivers fantastic results. The owner, Jack, is very pleasant and also does a great job with my nails. Despite moving to West London, I still make the journey to have my nails done at this salon. They were very accommodating in fixing my nails after a disappointing experience at another location. Overall, this is a fantastic establishment that has my full support.
I was taken aback when I found out they only accept cash after the service was completed. The shellac on my nails began to crack just three days later, a surprising lack of quality for a salon in West Hampstead. I hope they can enhance their nail edge protection and service quality to match their prices. I rated them two stars - one for the time spent on my nails and the other for their convenient location.
