I recently had the pleasure of getting a balayage done by Cecilia and a haircut with a blow dry at Rush. Cecilia's balayage technique was flawless, creating a natural and beautiful blend of colours that surpassed my expectations. The precision and attention to detail in her work truly highlighted her expertise.
I'm absolutely shocked. I came in for a toner with Xavier who promised to match my dark brown hair with highlights, but now my highlights are a strange mix of maroon and purple! I'm really upset that I spent £40 to make my hair look worse. The only reason I'm not giving a 1-star rating is because everyone was so friendly. I'll contact the salon on Monday in the hope they can fix this awful red colour.
