Absolutely dreadful experience. The technician who worked on my nails didn't inquire about my preferences at the start. My nails were overly thick and unattractive. After a week, I decided to have them removed, only to discover that the materials used had severely damaged my nails. I ended up paying 55 for nails that were completely ruined. My nails are now so thin that you can see the blood underneath. It feels like they have no concern for their clients or their nails. No one should have to go through this.About

I am truly disappointed to have to leave this review. I have had my nails done here a few times, but this last experience will be my final one. I returned to the salon multiple times as the nails kept chipping off, and even on my last visit, I still had to pay extra for the failed 3 attempts of shellac.
