I chose a sports massage and mentioned my sedentary job and the build-up of tension in my shoulders. After an incredibly rejuvenating session, I feel completely revitalised - the knots in my back and calves were thoroughly worked on, it felt like even my knots had knots! It was a truly indulgent experience and I am eagerly looking forward to my next visit.
