I had a bad reaction to the henna they used on me. My hand started burning and I got a rash that required a dermatologist's attention. I wouldn't recommend them, the henna quality is very poor.
Avoid this place, they are thieves. I travelled all the way from Glasgow to attend an event in Cardiff. During the makeup session, a staff member took my bag to another room and stole all my gold jewellery. I informed the owner, who also did my makeup, about the incident, but she denied any involvement and claimed the CCTV was not working. The thief, who was from Edinburgh, may still be working there. I urge people to be cautious and not trust them with their valuables.
I called an hour before closing time hoping for an eyebrow wax appointment, and they were able to fit me in right away, which was convenient as I live nearby. I was impressed by the salon's service. Aliya was friendly and skilled, using a combination of waxing and threading. The end result was amazing, and I've never been happier with my brows. I've been to many salons across the UK, but this one stands out. I'll definitely return - thanks Aliya!
