I have been seeing Christina every month for the past couple of years and have loved every treatment I've received from them. Whether it's aromatherapy massages, hot stones, reflexology, or reiki, I always leave feeling relaxed and calm. First experience at Body and Sole and tried reflexology for the first time. Will definitely book in again. Alex was incredibly welcoming and made me feel at ease right away. Alex was able to identify some issues I had been experiencing just by massaging my feet! I noticed an immediate difference in my body. I felt extremely relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed my session.
