I am truly impressed by Alchemy & I, providing an exceptional salon experience that surpasses all others. Each member of the team exudes amazing talent and genuine care throughout your visit. I adore the fact that their effervescent water is delicately chilled with fresh slices of lemon or orange. The hair wash room resembles beds with cozy blankets, creating a complete spa-like ambiance, complemented by soothing lighting and music. For the first time, I did not experience any neck pain during a wash and treatment. The entire salon exudes a beautiful atmosphere with fantastic music and offerings on the menu. My stylist, Dawn, comprehends my hair journey and consistently employs excellent colouring and cutting techniques. I have full confidence in Dawn and feel secure in her hands during my appointments. I eagerly anticipate being a lifelong patron.

A few months ago, I had my hair styled by Abbey, and what a delightful experience it turned out to be. Abbey was kind and amiable, making me feel incredibly welcomed and at ease. She attentively listened and executed a haircut and blow-dry exactly as I desired. I am highly pleased and will certainly return :)

I am enamoured with this establishment. The staff is warm, always greeting you with a smile and a delightful beverage, and above all, they are professional stylists. They managed to schedule me in promptly, just before the new year, and the lovely Teodora rescued my hair following a dreadful experience with another hairstylist. She worked wonders with my hair, delivering results that exceeded my expectations. From a dark, choppy grey hue, she restored my beloved blonde colour with an exceptional cut that enhanced my volume. I couldn't be happier; this is definitely my preferred salon thus far.
