The edifice is charming, that's the only positive aspect I can mention, unfortunately. The floor was littered with nail clippings from previous clients, the pedicure quality was subpar, definitely not commensurate with the exorbitant price (grossly overpriced for the service provided), AND the individual attending to my partner's feet scrubbed so vigorously that she inadvertently removed a piece of skin, resulting in bleeding. There was no offer of a discount, adding to our disappointment. Regrettably, we departed feeling very dissatisfied. We will not be returning.

The ambiance was pleasant, and the therapist was friendly, but I found the £46 cost of the manicure to be excessive for the quality received. Update: Three days later, the nail polish began to peel off. A highly disappointing experience.

I arranged for Cressida to come to my residence with a few friends to provide nail treatments for us 48 hours before my wedding earlier this month. They were extremely accommodating in ensuring all 6 of us could be pampered simultaneously, with the manicure and pedicure room exclusively for our use, which was delightful. We were greeted with a glass of sparkling wine, a thoughtful gesture, and our glasses were consistently refilled throughout our treatments! The team members were all exceptionally pleasant, creating a wonderful atmosphere that set the tone perfectly for the wedding festivities. We were all thrilled with our nails and enjoyed a delightful afternoon. A huge thank you to the team!
