Fantastic customer service! All the lasses are really approachable and assist with everything; remember to schedule an appointment beforehand, they're usually fully booked. I had my eyebrows tinted by Sophie and it turned out fab. I'm new to the area and this is a real hidden gem.
Today I went to Exquisite Beauty with my best mate to have our ears pierced, it was an absolutely wonderful experience, Sophie was our piercer and she was so warm and attentive, double checking you're okay and taking her time to ensure we felt at ease with it, it was my first piercing and I was not as anxious as I thought I would be after she chatted and engaged in conversation with both of us!! Ensuring we were content with the placement and being incredibly calming before 'the pierce' extremely pleased with the experience and would 100% recommend also fantastic pricing and selection of earrings. Fantastic pricing too!
