Made the mistake of trying to dye my hair light blonde at home, only to end up with a ginger hue. Thankfully, I sought help from Lillie's and now I have a beautiful light blonde shade perfect for the summer. Enjoyed some Costa coffee and homemade tablet while waiting for the colour to develop. Absolutely fantastic outcome.
Went to have my golden blonde locks transformed into a more ashy shade, but ended up with streaks of blue and green instead. After washing my hair at home, I called the salon to express my dissatisfaction, only to be met with hostility from Kelsey who insisted that it looked "fine". I was charged £70 for a result that I did not want and was denied a refund or any attempt to rectify the situation. A truly unpleasant experience that left my hair severely damaged.
