This salon is truly exceptional, as you immediately feel a warm reception upon arrival. After a 45-minute massage by Becki, you leave feeling rejuvenated. The business exudes professionalism, with every detail perfectly executed! It's evident that they value their customers greatly!
I experienced a quick manicure session with the delightful Ruby, the trainee. The end result was indistinguishable from a seasoned professional's work! Ruby, a warm, sociable individual, did a fantastic job on my neglected nails!!! The service was impressive, and the pricing was fair. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and the overall service and cost were outstanding. I plan to return soon for a massage and to arrange a luxurious treatment package 🥰 Many thanks, Butterfly You team.
Unfortunately, my initial gel manicure experience with the first technician was subpar, resulting in bubbling and peeling. After reaching out with photos the next day, they agreed for me to return for a redo. The wonderful Ruby skillfully removed and reapplied the gel polish, leaving me with professionally done nails. Thank you, Ruby, they look fantastic now, and I appreciate the swift resolution.
