Today, I indulged in a full set of acrylics and a pedicure. The staff were incredibly warm and friendly. The nail technician who attended to me was not only skilled but also engaging and easy to converse with. The overall ambiance was delightful, with other staff members sharing laughs with customers. I am thrilled with the outcome of my nails and will definitely be a repeat customer!🥰
Regrettably, my recent visit was not up to par. I contacted the salon beforehand to inquire about the cost of a French tip full set, and was informed it would be £40. However, after the service, I was told it would actually be £45 due to the length of my nails. This additional charge should have been communicated upfront. The quality of the acrylic work was subpar with a thick apex, uneven shaping, bumpy polish, and paint residue. While I received a partial refund of £20 for the polish removal, I had to rectify the shaping and thickness myself. I will not be returning.
Pleasant individuals, reasonable pricing. Always accommodating and hospitable. Impressed by their ability to fit you in even when busy. Plus, they deliver a fantastic pedicure.
