Incredibly user-friendly, with exceptionally accommodating staff who are eager to assist in any way they can, and everything is impeccably arranged.
It takes much effort to hoist weighty items over the barrier to place them in the appropriate receptacle - when you're forking out a substantial council levy and you have to discard your own domestic refuse, it would be appreciated if things could be streamlined as much as possible.
