Since relocating to the area, I've visited Lou Lou's twice and have been delighted each time. The staff are always friendly and helpful. My recent experience was truly enjoyable. Jess was exceptionally attentive and took great care with my hair. She asked numerous questions about my curls and genuinely wanted to ensure I was pleased with my haircut. I am extremely satisfied and will definitely come back to Lou Lou's for my next appointment!
Elle was so kind, friendly, and understanding with my daughter. It was Ada's debut haircut, usually a worrisome time, but Elle immediately put us at ease. Ada adored every moment and cherished her lolly. We will certainly return and recommend the store to loved ones 💕
