Exceptional service! The entire team is incredibly amiable and accommodating! My manicures/pedicures endure for weeks and boast top-notch quality! I also have my HD brows done here, and they consistently look fantastic! Wouldn't consider going elsewhere! :)
Superb treatments. Underwent the 'Ultimate Hero' session today with Megan, and it was exceptionally delightful. Two hours of sheer relaxation, encompassing a hot stone massage and facial. I also regularly opt for waxing services here, consistently delivered at fair prices. Highly recommended.
Regrettably endured a dreadful ordeal following a "Complete collection" of Russian lashes. Disappointingly, it was not a complete set, and the technician fused my natural lashes together with adhesive, resulting in potential lash damage as they grow. Remnants of the white pad clung to the lashes, where the technician affixed my lashes to the pad and then forcibly separated the lash from the pad. The majority of extensions were improperly positioned, midway down the lash line. Subsequently, engaged in a telephone conversation with an individual, presumably the proprietor, who proceeded to attribute fault to me for using a sunbed. He exhibited impoliteness, hastiness, and aggressiveness during the call. I fail to comprehend how the sunbed usage led to pad remnants on my lashes or the sparse placement halfway down the lash line... In any case, a complete refund was denied. I now must incur additional costs to have them removed elsewhere. I am deeply distressed, particularly in light of the treatment and communication I received. AVOID RECEIVING LASH EXTENSIONS AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I have uploaded an image depicting remnants of the pad adhered to my lashes. Additionally, a comparison of my lashes versus the appearance of a full set as advertised in the salon, along with a photo illustrating a lash stuck to several of mine in a poor manner. This is to provide evidence of the situation. I have never written a review before, and all I sought was a refund. However, due to the poor treatment I experienced, I feel compelled to caution others before they jeopardize their lashes.
