I visited for Acrylic Gel Nails, but the technician seemed to struggle to comprehend my requests. Despite my insistence, she kept delaying the adjustments. The almond shape I asked for was not executed correctly, and the colour application was uneven, leading to bubbles forming shortly after. I am very let down by the service.
I popped in this morning for some SNS on my nails. The service was prompt and I left feeling extremely satisfied with the outcome. The individual who tended to my nails did an outstanding job. I had to seek help urgently as my previous nail appointment elsewhere had left me dissatisfied. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and will definitely return.
My manicure and pedicure today felt rushed. Both treatments were completed within half an hour. There is room for improvement.
