Not the best, I drove to the store for a 10-minute sunbed and arrived at 6.35 pm as indicated on their website that they are open until 7.
I had to knock on the door as the sign states open until 7, please knock if no one is at reception, then a woman came and opened the door and said no, we are closed now.
I mentioned that I thought they were still open, and she replied, no, no more sunbeds tonight, and that was it.
She seemed to just laugh it off, and I had to leave and go home without a quick sunbed, thinking the service was really poor.
I will not be returning to this store once I have used up the minutes I have already paid for, so they have definitely lost a customer. I had a disappointing experience at this salon. The technician left my nails uneven in length, and when I raised my concerns, they were unhelpful and took my money without offering a solution. I visited for Acrylic Gel Nails, but the technician seemed to struggle to comprehend my requests. Despite my insistence, she kept delaying the adjustments. The almond shape I asked for was not executed correctly, and the colour application was uneven, leading to bubbles forming shortly after.
