The waxing session I had with Leah was the worst I've ever experienced. It was extremely patchy, with a lot of hair left untouched and not even attempted. The back of my thighs was completely missed. There were patches all over my legs and the Hollywood area that were just not properly dealt with. I had to go to another salon afterward and pay for another wax, and they couldn't believe the state I was in. They said they had never seen such a bad job. I'm pregnant, so I couldn't see the results until I got home to inspect it all.
The staff here are very friendly and engaging. The location is quite easy to spot near the station, thanks to the prominent sign. Just look for the white door that's a bit stiff to open 😊 I had my eyelashes and eyebrows tinted and shaped by Brooke, and she did an amazing job. I now feel like a new person (albeit a slightly poorer mum, but my eyelash and eyebrow game is on point now). I've already made a return appointment for eyelash touch-up and also booked a facial 😁
If you reserve a sun lounger package, be mindful that you may face difficulty accessing it when needed as there's no one available to answer the door. This can be quite frustrating, and a solution must be found to address this issue. Scheduled for 11 to use the service with my daughter. Arrived at 10.57, and they already let someone in to use the sun lounger, so we had to wait in the car for 20 minutes. Once again, highly frustrating, and it's due to a lack of communication at the salon. There should be responsible adults present to manage the establishment.
