My first visit and honestly came away very disappointed, not only with my hair cut as I didn't get what I'd asked for but also the customer service was terrible and not very welcoming at all. Unfortunately will not be returning.
My first visit as recently moved into area. The staff couldn't have been kinder. Really pleased with the cut I got. I felt "heard" and the stylist really went out of her way to ensure she knew what I wanted. Will be back!
