Brought my 5-year-old daughter Matilda to get her ears pierced today by Shell. Shell was exceptional, she made Matilda feel so at ease by engaging her in conversation and completing the process quickly without any tears or fuss. I would recommend her without hesitation.
Excellent establishment. Visited for a piercing, the premises are spotless and inviting. Shell really put my daughter at ease during her ear piercing. She is delightful, and I can wholeheartedly recommend her.
We contacted for my daughter to get piercings done. Received a prompt reply confirming the time and date. Arrived, completed the form, and were taken in for our appointment. Shell was fantastic with my daughter, noticing her quiet nature. We had a lovely chat, and she always makes my daughter feel comfortable whenever we visit. Highly recommended, and we wouldn't choose anywhere else xx
