I visited yesterday, but that gentleman was extremely impolite, unkind and disrespectful! Yelling just because I was adjusting my hair and moving my head! He even complained because I was humming. And when I said "Please be polite, sir", he became even more disrespectful. Instead, he claimed I was impolite because I'm a retiree. He appeared quite intoxicated indeed. He deserves a zero rating. This barbershop is truly great – I've been a loyal customer for years and have never had any complaints. It's hard to find a place that can cater to all hair styles, but this place nails it. I've recommended a few friends who have all had the same positive experience. The atmosphere when you walk in is fantastic. They even offer drinks from their fridge, which is a nice bonus.
