I had my nails done, I only wanted French tips with chrome. I explained my request, but they misunderstood and did them incorrectly. They were rough and caused me discomfort. Despite mentioning that they were hurting my skin, they continued to be rough. The French tips are all uneven and messy. I asked twice for them to fix it, but they kept missing a spot, so I gave up.
I have had shellac done here twice. The staff is incredibly welcoming, offering me a drink and going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I was delighted with the attention to detail on my nails and the final outcome.
Absolutely thrilled with my manicure and my daughters'. Hanah Lee and Sam are truly exceptional. Incredibly friendly, considerate, and dedicated to satisfying customers. I am willing to journey from Chester to this salon because of their outstanding service. I highly recommend them.
