Visited Claire's after a long time and found a great offer that worked out well for my 7-year-old daughter.
I brought my 4-month-old son to have his ears pierced. I was quite anxious, but the process was swift and my son only got a little upset during the piercing. However, I've noticed that one ear piercing is too high and the other is too low. I'm really disappointed and felt the need to leave a negative review. I wasn't informed that opting for a diamond stud would make it stick out. I chose a 9ct rhodium lab-grown diamond as the regular diamond was out of stock, and I paid £108, which included rapid aftercare lotion. I wish I had been advised to choose a flatter stud, even if it was cheaper, to prevent any accidents. I feel awful that this happened to my son.
Danny provided excellent assistance, was friendly, and displayed professionalism. He made my son feel comfortable and explained the ear-piercing process thoroughly. He made sure to check on my son's well-being after each piercing. The service cost £30, but we also received a free pair of earrings every month for the next twelve months. Highly recommended.
