If I could, I wouldn't even give this place 1 star. I had booked a Hydra facial course with Este Medical Group and was supposed to be trained by a supposedly highly experienced staff member. Unfortunately, this turned out to be untrue, and now I am questioning whether the training I received is even valid and covered by my insurance.
Recently I had a laser treatment on my underarms and beard line using the Candela machine at Este Medical Group in the Birmingham branch. My therapists were Farah and Jessica, and they have been absolutely fantastic. Today marked my 5th session and I can honestly say that I cannot see any hair growth. I am thrilled with the results and would definitely recommend Este Medical Group to anyone looking for a reliable place to achieve great results.
