First time exploring this location for a wedding and was truly impressed with the decor and service. The venue was impeccably clean, had excellent facilities, the food service was efficient and attentive, and the manager on duty was extremely helpful. The setting was breathtaking and all the additional touches made it a truly special wedding.
Once payment is made, all semblance of service disappears at this venue. My family and I were shocked by the lack of communication from the staff. We encountered several issues: - The food recommended by the venue was served cold. - There was a "food shortage" at the tables, with not all curry dishes being served and guests being denied refills. At the end of the evening, 22 buckets of curry were left, each charged at £3.50, which we were obligated to pay. Additionally, staff went around asking our guests for payment. - The wedding coordinator left midway through the event without notifying anyone. - A member of the management team handled the cake with bare hands (removing the top tier) before we had a chance to take photos and cut it. We had to take our pictures from a specific angle (this was also captured on camera). - The venue coordinators were impolite to guests, asking them to move tables and hurry up during family photos.
