I visited this salon for a haircut and was thoroughly impressed by the impeccable blend achieved by the stylist. So much so, that I decided to get my hair permed here five months ago, and it still looks as fresh as ever. The staff members were exceptionally polite, respectful, and always willing to assist. I wholeheartedly give this salon a perfect 10 out of 10 rating and strongly recommend it to others in the local community.
I had the most dreadful experience yesterday when I visited this salon for a haircut. I specifically requested a mid skin fade, but to my dismay, I ended up with uneven patches all over my head. To top it off, when I mentioned that I was a university student, the cashier insisted on charging me £12, which was the standard price for a skin fade. Despite my clarification, the cashier did not budge. I strongly advise fellow university students in Manchester to steer clear of this establishment as the service is subpar.
My recent visit to this salon for a brow treatment left me utterly dissatisfied. The beautician lacked experience and ended up shaping my brows unevenly. Moreover, the cashier demanded payment in cash, stating that card transactions under £5 were not accepted without prior notice. To make matters worse, when I requested a replacement for a torn note received from the ATM, the cashier rudely labelled me as fussy. It was an unpleasant experience to pay for a service and receive such unprofessional treatment.
